Location was very good - very close to the main shopping area and just a 10-15 minute walk to the railway station. The lobby and bar area was comfortable and nicely decorated. The 'mini-breakfast' in the bar area was good value for a quick, simple breakfast of coffee and pastries. The full breakfast was OK - not special but just as good as most other hotels. We didn't eat dinner here, but we did have snacks and drinks in the bar and they were good. We didn't use the spa - but it looked good for a short distraction or relax between events - not really big enough for 'proper' gym session. The room was well decorated, very clean and confortable - a little small perhaps The staff were excellent and friendly and informative.

Great location. Very clean comfortable beds. Very helpful and responsive staff spoke English, French and Spanish. Parking very close by for 20 euros a night. Hôtel was very flexible with a late check out which we very much appreciated. Thank you! Looking forward to returning.

we had a big room with an incredible view on the city and the mountain. The decoration was warm and modern Basque. the lighting were adaptable to any condition and very smooth. the bed very comfortable, we had a great stay with friendly and efficient service
